Wild coyote trots by our car in Yellowstone National Park
What an encounter! We saw this beauty on the side of the road, and did the typical Yellowstone wildlife sighting drill: "Stop the car!"; "I can't, there's no room!"; "Well turn around!"; "Wait!"; "Where was it?"; "Over there! No, right here, you passed it! Turn around!!";"Okay!!";"There! Wow!!" and then the cameras come out. This was a great sighting, he strolled within feet of our car, winking at us as he passed.
Coyotes are incredible creatures and we were lucky to see one so close!_________________________
